1. Returns

If you receive defective products, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or credit note upon verification of the defect.

2. Quality Disputes

In case of a quality dispute, both parties agree to work in good faith to resolve the issue. If necessary, an independent third-party inspection may be arranged at our expense.

3. Non-Defective Returns

Custom-made or OEM products cannot be returned unless defective. Standard catalog items may be returned within 14 days of receipt in original, unused condition, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
